Jeff is one of the Team Directors and Youth Coach’s of Tampa Bay Tri-Sports.

Jeff has been involved in the sport as a recreational triathlete for several years. Jeff originally started out cycling and became a swim team parent and has converted to competing in triathlons and supporting the youth team during the past several months. He has participated in local triathlons all over the Tampa Bay area.

Jeff has recently been dubbed the health and conditioning coach of the team. Jeff is a two time cancer survivor and a recent cardiac bypass survivor. Jeff has been involved as a swim team parent and also has been involved in basketball, sailing and soccer. Jeff is also active in missions work in El Salvador. Jeff believes in offering a positive experience to the athletes through providing model leadership.

By day, Jeff works for the Tampa Police Department and is training through his cardiac rehabilitation. He currently lives in Clearwater, Florida with his wife, Sara (newbie triathlete on her own), daughter Maggie and son Caleb, both triathletes in their own rights.
